Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We stand by the craft and care that goes into curating every piece at Ishaana Ethnics. Each saree is thoughtfully woven and quality-checked before it reaches you. However, in the rare event that something goes wrong, weโ€™re here to support you โ€” with clear, fair, and transparent policies.

๐Ÿ” Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on dislike, change of mind, or personal preferences. As a brand offering delicate and carefully curated sarees, every order is final unless there's a clear issue with the product received.

However, in the rare case of a defect, damage, or wrong item received, we will be happy to help.

Conditions for Exchange or Refund:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@ishaanaethnics.com with your Order ID and details mentioned.
  • The email must include a mandatory unboxing video that is continuous, unedited, and clearly shows the parcel being opened and checked.
  • The product must be in unused, original condition with all tags, blouse piece (if applicable), and in the same packaging it was received in.
  • Once verified, we will offer either an exchange for the same item (if in stock) or an item of the same or higher value or store credit. If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
  • Refunds (to the original payment method) are offered only if the same item is not available and you do not wish to opt for store credit or an alternate item.

๐Ÿงต Note: As our sarees undergo multiple quality checks and careful folding before shipment, some minor creases may be present upon arrival. These are not considered defects and can be resolved easily with light steam or natural wear.

โŒ Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Any request made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests without an unboxing video as described above.
  • Products that appear worn, washed, stained, or altered in any way.
  • Products purchased during special discounts marked explicitly as non-returnable on the product page or during clearance sales.
  • Dislike of colour, texture, feel, or drape. Please review product descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing.

๐Ÿงพ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this, they are processed for packing and dispatch.

  • A 5% deduction will apply to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 working days.
  • Cancellations after 2 hours will not be accepted.

๐Ÿšš Failed Delivery or Parcel Refusal

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Unavailability of the customer at the delivery location, or
  • Refusal to accept the parcel

We will deduct a flat โ‚น250 to cover to-and-fro logistics charges. The balance amount will be provided as store credit, which you can use for future purchases on our website.
