Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 - 3 business days. Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 3 - 5 business days
  • Non-metro locations: 4 - 7 business days
  • Remote locations: 10 - 12 business days

8. What payment methods do you accept?

12. What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on dislike, change of mind or personal preference. However, if you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ishaanaethnics.com. The request must meet the eligibility conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchange Policy, including providing a continuous, unedited unboxing video.

13. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ishaanaethnics.com, mentioning your Order ID and details of the issue. You must also provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the parcel being opened and the product being checked.

Once the issue is verified, we will assist you with an eligible exchange, alternate item, store credit or refund, as applicable under our Returns & Exchange Policy.
